Pura d'or Hair & Body Care Review

Hello beautiful readers!!

Today I bring you a review on some Pura d'or hair and body care products.

I was sent:
Premium Organic Shampoo
Premium Organic Conditioner
Argan Oil

Premium Organic Shampoo
Hair Loss Prevention Therapy

Claims:
Our Shampoo starts by nourishing hair follicles with essential nutrients to reverse any damage and begin the healing process. Biotin strengthens hair strands, niacin increases circulation and our exclusive DHT Blocker Blend promotes healthy hair growth. Continued use will prevent further hair loss. Safe for daily use, for all hair types both men & women.

Thoughts:
I have been trying to take care of my hair more and I thought this would be excellent. When I first tried it I hated the smell. It smells like oregano or like a pizza. I don't know I just know I hate it. Then on the bottle it says this is a three month supply but I don't see how. I have to use so much to cover my hair. After I do get it in my hair and work it through I don't feel like its cleaning or doing anything. Its just kind of there and didn't rinse out completely. I have to say I really didn't like this shampoo. My hair didn't feel clean at all.

Premium Organic Conditioner
Lavender Vanilla

Claims:
Our Healing Conditioner is filled with coconut and vegetable proteins to help hydrate, heal and repair damaged hair from root to end without adding weight or buildup. The formula is infused with organic argan oil to add shine, body and moisture to all types of hair. Our ingredients promote control, manageability and smoothness.

Safe for daily use, for all hair types

Thoughts:
When I first smelled this I was like omg!! It smells beautiful.
My hair is really dry so I thought this would help it some. This did go on to the hair a lot more easily than the shampoo but I still had to use lots of pumps to get enough to cover all of my hair. When I rinsed it out my hair felt very dry so I used it again. I tried to run my fingers through my hair but it was very tangled. I was not very impressed.

Argan Oil

Claims:
Diminishes Wrinkles
Stimulates Skin Cells
Reduces Appearance of Scaring and Stretch Marks
Creates Softer Smoother Skin
Reliefs for Eczema and Psoriasis
Restores Nutrient Content to Skin Cells
Helps Moisturize Dry Scalp, Stimulate Hair Regeneration
Repairs Damaged Hair

Thoughts:
Since the shampoo and the conditioner left my hair out of sorts I thought this would help put some life back in it. I put a few drops and and I knew right away this was not going to be good. This stuff never absorbed into my hair. It kind of just sat there. I was beyond mad. I have very sensitive skin on my face so I was not about to use this on there but I put some on my hands and it felt lovely. I then put it all over my body and it was nice. It was weird it absorbed into the skin with no problem but not my hair.

Overall thoughts:
One thing that I did like about all the products is the packaging. It looks so nice and its easy to get to the products. I also love that they are organic and have and use the best ingredients. I also like that the shampoo and conditioner have no SLS, no parabens and that they are gluten free. I probably wont use the shampoo and conditioner again because it left my hair feeling like I had lots of buildup and kind of gross. I also hated the argan on my hair but loved it for my body.

                               Powdered by BrandBacker
Hello Everyone!!!

Today I have some products by Radha Beauty

Vitamin C Serum
Retinol Moisturizer
Intinsive Youth Eye Gel

All of these products do not contain:
parabens
sulfates
synthetic fragrances
synthetic dyes
GMO'S

Vitamin C Serum
On packaging:
" The vitamin C serum is thin and highly effective. It will help fade sun spots and discoloration, refine skin texture, reduce wrinkle formation and minimize existing wrinkles."
Ingredients:
Organic Herbal Infusion, Aloe, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamin C), MSM, botanical hyaluronic acid, Witch Hazel, d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Carbomer, Amino Complex, Ferulic Acid, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Jojoba Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethyl Hexyl Glycerin.

Pros:
Love the packaging
Not Sticky
Absorbs quickly
Does not leave any residue

Cons:
Very watery
Has a bad smell
 Broke me out

My thoughts:
I really had high hopes for this product. I use another vitamin C serum and I love it. It has worked wonders on my skin. I had run out of mine so I thought what the heck.
This I'm sorry to say didn't do anything for me except give my lots of pimples not just a few bumps here and there but huge zits that hurt. My other vitamin c serum clears up my skin this made my face awful. As soon as I stopped trying it out my face took a few days to clear up but then it went back to normal.

Retinol Moisturizer
Off of website:
"A powerful, hydrating cream rich in Retinol (also known as vitamin A) that can help combat aging effects and promote perpetually healthy skin. Retinol works as a cell-communicating tool, to signal skin cells to regenerate tissues and enhance structural firmness of the skin. It is also boosted with antioxidants that may provide extra anti-aging protection."

Ingredients:
Organic Aloe Vera, Organic Sunflower Oil, Palm Oil, Pentylene Glycol, Phospholipids, Retinol, Polysorbate 20, Potassium Phosphate, Tocopheryl (Vitamin E), Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide, Glyceryl Stearate,Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Jojoba Oil, Wildcrafted Green Tea, Propolis, Shea Butter, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyl Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid.

Pros:
Great packaging
Nice constancy
Not sticky
No smell
Sinks into skin easily

Cons:
Made my face look dull
Made my face extremely oily in the morning
Broke me out

My thoughts:
I am not a big fan of retinol products but I thought I would try this one. I know with products that have retinol you have to give it some time to really work and help your skin. After a few days my face looked bumpy and dull. Then I started to break out again after I had cleared it up from the serum. I have very sensitive skin so this was a total thumbs down for me. My face looked old and gross. I really really hate retinol products.

Off of website:
"A soothing, gentle cream designed to give back radiant, irresistible eyes. By harnessing the power of Matrixyl 3000—a rejuvenating plant stem cell therapy, it can smooth, refirm, and restore skin."

Ingredients:
Organic Herbal Infusion, Organic Aloe, Matrixyl 3000, Palmitoyl Triepeptide-3, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Plant Stem Cells, Cucumber Hydrosol, Organic Jojoba Oil, Botanical Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Carrageenan Gum, Silk Amino Acid Blend (Sodium L-Pyrrolidone Carboxylate, Sodium Lactate, L’Arginine, L-Aspartic Acid, L-Pyrrolidonecarboxylic Acid, Glycine, L-Alanine, L-Serine, L-Valine, L-Proline, L-threonine, L-Isoleucine, L-Histidine, L-Phenylalanine), Wildcrafted Periwinkle, Organic Licorice, Wildcrafted Eye Bright, Wildcrafted Reishi, Organic Gotu Kola, Frankincense, Vitamin E, Sodium Benzoate, Potassi-um Sorbate, Ethyl Hexyl Glycerin

Pro:
Like the packaging

Cons:
Smells like cucumbers
Really sticky
Doesn't sink into skin

My thoughts:
I was really interested in the product because I have never used an under eye gel. The packaging was all I liked about this product.
First I hated the smell. It smells like cucumbers but not nice fresh ones kind of like old nasty ones. Next the product never really absorbed into my skin so it stayed tacky.
I applied it under my concealer and because the product never fully absorbs it made my concealer cake up and kind of stick together and make my makeup look horrible. I used alone as well and it also made my under eye wrinkles stick together. I also noticed the more I used it the more it made my wrinkles worse and deeper.

Final thought:
I did give these products a good go but I have to say I did not like them. I did try them alone and with each other. I did notice that the more I used them the more my face looked horrible. I do have to remind you this is my opinion and everyone's face is different. What doesn't work for me may work for someone else.

Thank you all for reading and until next time!!

Back to where I started

Hello everyone!!

Its been a while since I have written anything. 4 months to be exact.Once you see it in number form its hard to believe. It feels like just a few weeks to me.
Anyhow as y'all know I had moved to Las Vegas from Albuquerque New Mexico around April. Well we (my husband and I) lived there for two months and I didn't like it at all. It was way different than what we thought it would be. I knew in the first few days I wanted to move. It just wasn't for me and I was pretty down about being there. We stayed there and tried to tough it out but no. Well in June we decided to move back to Texas where we are originally from. Holy cow can I say I don't want to see a moving van or a box for a while. This has been a really crazy time and I don't see it calming down anytime soon.
One thing I have learned is to accept that life never goes the way you planned it and that's ok. At least I can say I tried it. You never know if you don't try it right. I don't have a single clue where life is going to take me in the next few weeks but all I can say is whatever it is I can handle it.
As for the blog I will resume with the writing because I love it and everyone that takes the time to read it. I have really missed reading other peoples blogs as well and being in the beauty and blogging community.
Thank you for reading and until next time!!!

KISS Strip Lash Adhesive with Aloe Review

Howdy Folks!

I love wearing false eyelashes but the glue always irritates my eyes. I have extremely sensitive eyes so I have to be careful what I use.  I was in CVS and I spotted this and thought what the heck.

What drew me to this was that it said on the packaging that it was hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. It also said that its contact lens friendly and the aloe's soothing properties deliver a non-irritating secure hold.

When I first went to use this I got it everywhere and I mean everywhere. All over my hands and my clothes. Its extremely black so it shows up. With it being so black I had to be extremely careful applying the lashes or I would have gotten black glue all over my eyelid.
I am ok with it being messy because this is some of the best lash glue I have ever used. It gets tacky fast so you don't have to wait around for it to dry and get tacky. Which is good for me because I am very impatient. It also has a lasting secure hold. My lashes never felt loose or lifted at the corners. But the biggest reason I love this stuff is that it never once irritated my eyes. Not even when I was wearing my contacts. It felt like I wasn't even wearing lashes.
I will definitely be using this everytime I wear false lashes but I will of course be really careful not to get it everywhere.

Have y'all tried this yet? If so let me know what you think.

Thank you for reading and until next time!

Life Update

Hi everyone!!

For the last few weeks I haven't been posting or interacting much. I have been out of town a lot and mulling over a huge life change. Some of y'all may or may not know that I am originally from Texas and I moved from there to Albuquerque NM about a year and a half ago. It has been a great place to live and a wonderful city that we will always love.
Last summer we went to Las Vegas and fell in love. My husband and I are kind of adventurers. We like to travel and see new things. We also don't like to be in the same place for long. So about a month ago we visited again and decided it was where we wanted to live. We thought it was going to be in a few months but stuff came up and last week we were there looking for a place and we found one and will be moving in less than a month. I am nervous, excited and anxious all in one. I have fallen in love with Albuquerque so it is kind of hard for me but I know that this is the best choice.
The move from Texas was pretty easy because I was really organized. I didn't pack or bring stuff I didn't need. I plan on having as smooth as a move as we can. I want to downsize and not take a lot of furniture so that we don't have to pack a whole lot. We want to buy new stuff when we get there so it will make it easier for us. I have so much to do. I have to go through my clothes, my makeup and all of my husbands things. I have a feeling that I will only be blogging when I have some down time. I am happy I have almost a month to get this organized.
I can't wait to be settled in and have a routine. I am also fired up to go on adventures and discover new places in my new home.

Thank you all for reading and until next time!!!

Wet N Wild Color Icon Brow Pencil

  Purchased
Good Day Everyone!!!

Wet N Wild has come out with an array of new products. I for one am extremely excited for all the new stuff. One of the new products is this dual-ended brow pencil.

Walgreens $1.99
This comes in 4 shades and I got mine in the shade "Brunettes Do It Better"
Such a cute name.

The label slipped off of the pencil. I was going to throw it away but the lid would not stay on without it.

Sharpens very easy.

I love that this comes with a little brow comb. (Spoolie)

I am very picky about my eyebrow pencils. A lot of them tend to be on the drier side and I hate that. So when I swatched this I was pleasantly surprised to see it glide on with little to no effort. The formula is really thick and creamy which is how I prefer it. When I use it I kind of load on the product then I use the spoolie to brush the excess off leaving my brows looking pretty darn good. As for the longevity I have to say it held up all day without a problem. I recently dyed my hair light red and this looks great with my hair color. I am really liking this. I am so happy that this is totally affordable and easy to find at the drugstore.

Have y'all tried this out yet? Let me know what you think.

Thank you for reading and until next time.

Physicians Formula Super CC Instant Blurring Eye Cream

When I first spotted this product at CVS I was very intrigued. I am getting older and I am constantly looking for products that won't crease under my eyes and make me look older. I purchased it in the color light/medium. On the website it only shows the one shade.

Instantly Blurs:
Wrinkles
Fine Lines
Dark Circles
Crow's feet
Puffiness
Imperfections
Crepey Lids
Sagging
Uneven Texture
Signs of Fatigue

Off Website:
The 1st ever multi-tasking makeup + skin care product to combine Color-Correction + Care Makeup in one simple step. Invisible micro color-correcting pigments and high-tech anti-aging actives deliver a flawless youthful-looking complexion without imperfections effortlessly.

  • Yellow corrects blue imperfections and warms skin tone.
  • Green tones down redness.
  • Pink brightens and illuminates.

  • This also works like an eye cream, primer, concealer and eyeshadow base.

I love this packaging. I like that it comes in a little squeeze tube which is very convenient. It also has a stainless steel cooling tip that makes your undereye area feel renewed and refreshed.
The first time I tried this I applied it just like you would a concealer. I  applied my foundation then I put some of this on using the tip then I blended out with my fingers. I then set and went about my day.
I checked on it throughout the day and it just kept getting worse. It creased and caked up. It was bad. I wanted to toss it but I gave it another chance. I tried it again and put it on before my foundation. Oh my goodness it worked great. It lasted all day without a crease. This doesn't have full coverage but it does give you a really natural bright eyed even look.
I did try it as a primer and it wasn't the best. It kind of creased and faded my shadows. So as an eyeshadow primer I think I will just stick to what I always use. But to give my under eye a natural looking brightness its great.

Have any of y'all tried this yet? If so let me know what you think.

Thank you for reading and until next time!!

    Insta Natural Product Review #2

    Hi everyone!!
Today I bring more Insta Natural products. Like I said in my other review (here) I have had these products for a while. When it comes to skin care I really like to give it a good test.

    Age-Defying Retinol Serum

    What it has in it:
    2.5 Retinol
    20% Vitamin C
    10% Hyaluronic Acid
    Fruit & Plant Acids

    Claims: (off website)
InstaNatural Age-Defying Retinol Serum has an abundance of antioxidants and nutrients that will help your face feel firm, youthful and renewed.

I am getting older and as of lately I have been obsessed with skin care products to keep my skin looking youthful and fresh. I know with retinol you have to give it time to work with your skin. I did give this a few weeks and a good test.
First off this product is really watery and I did kind of get it everywhere. I ended up with product all over my shirt.  However it does go on smoothly and sinks into the skin really fast. It also has a great fresh citrus scent that I love.
When I first applied it to my face it looked amazing. It made every pore look smaller and my face really soft. I woke up the next morning and had huge zits all over my face. I mean huge, huge zits. I kept using it and my face kept breaking out. I have never in my life broken out so bad. Not tiny little bumps that I can just clear up but painful horrible huge pimples. Once I stopped using my face cleared up. I really wanted this to work for my skin but I am sad to say it didn't.

    Youth Express Night Cream

    What it has in it:
    5% Niacinamide
    Vitamin C
    Matrixyl 3000
    Rosehip Oil

    Claims: (off website)
InstaNatural’s Youth Express Night Cream offers ultimate hydration to the skin. Niacinamide, a key ingredient in this formula, can help reduce redness and inflammation, as well as diminish the appearance of acne, scars, and hyperpigmentation. Vitamin C, another active ingredient, works synergistically to promote skin health by minimizing damage from external factors such as sun exposure. Your skin will be left feeling soft and supple for a radiant, youthful glow.

I have been looking for a good night cream so I was super excited to try this out. This moisturizer is really thick but not sticky or heavy on the skin. This does have ingredients that are supposed to be gentle on the skin which I was happy about since I have sensitive skin.
I used this for a few weeks and started to notice my face felt like all my pores were clogged. Of course I broke out like crazy. My face did not feel moisturized or soft. It felt dryer after using this product. I stopped using this and my face cleared up.

    Dead Sea Mud Mask

    What it has in it:
Pure Dead Sea Mud, Organic Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Aloe Vera Juice, Organic Calendula Oil, Hickory Bark Extract

    Claims: (off website)
InstaNatural’s Dead Sea Mud Mask is an all-natural detoxifier and purifier that comes from the renowned and sacred Dead Sea. Once applied, this mud mask treatment starts working to absorb excess oil, dirt and toxins from the skin. It is great to expunge acne, pimples and blackheads. It also helps to restore an even skin tone for a smoother complexion. When used as a body treatment, the mud mask can soothe and relieve muscles aches and pains. Whether used on the face or the body, our Dead Sea Mud Mask is a superb in-home spa treatment that will reveal more vibrant, refined, healthier skin.

Since my face was breaking out so bad from trying out skin care products I was thrilled to try this out. I am a face mask junkie and love to try new ones.
I put a layer on my face and let it dry thoroughly before I washed it off. I waited a few minutes and my face was burning extremely bad. It turned red and hurt. I also got little bumps. The thing that really irks me about this is the consistency. I don't know what it is but I don't like it. Its kind of jelly like. For some reason I just don't like it.

I didn't want this stuff to go to waste so I told my husband to use them. Well he also had a bad experience. His face was red and swollen. He told me it hurt and I felt so bad for him.
I also want y'all to know that I used these products together and separate. I also let my breakouts clear up before I tried each product. I am highly disappointed that these did not work for me. They have great ingredients and have nothing but outstanding reviews. Like I said before just because they did not work for me does not mean they will not work for you. Everyones skin is different.

Thank you for reading and until next time!

    Insta Natural Product Review #1

I got the chance to try out some products from Insta Natural. I have had these for a while but I really wanted to give them a thorough testing.

    Youth Express Eye Serum

    What it has in it:
    Vitamin C
    Plant Stem Cells
    Astaxanthin
    Kojic Acid
    Passionflower
    Caffeine
    Hyaluronic Acid

    Claims: (off website)
reduces the appearance of dark circles, puffiness & saggy eyes; diminishes the appearance of wrinkles & fine lines; increases elasticity, firms and plumps the skin around eyes; provides improved tone and texture of skin; hydrates the delicate eye area to prevent premature aging; helps you achieve a more radiant, brighter complexion

When you first look at this product you are like "oh my goodness its bright" but do not worry it sinks in nice and doesn't leave any residue or color. It also has a wonderful citrus scent. I am a sucker for good smelling products. I also like that a little goes a long way.
The first time I tried this I was like oh this is good stuff. Then after maybe 5 mins my eyes burned really bad. I washed off my under eyes and my eyes felt better. So the next day I tried just a tiny amount and same thing. So I thought let me try to put on the eye gel on top to see if it would help um no it still burned.

    Youth Express Eye Gel

    What it has in it:
    Hyaluronic Acid
    Plant Stem Cells
    Amino Acid Complex
    Peptide Complex
    Matrixyl 3000

    Claims: (off website)
to help with dark circles, puffiness and sagging skin. This blend of powerful ingredients increases elasticity and enhances the tone of your skin to provide a firm, plump appearance.

I first tried this during my morning routine. I used a little bit and let it sink in. It felt very nice and light and sank in to my under eye area nicely. It also has a nice fresh smell like cucumbers.
I put on my makeup and my under eye concealer looked amazing. It made my concealer blend easier than usual. All day long my concealer looked perfect. So the next day I tried again but it was a different story. My concealer creased like crazy. I was like what in the world but I kept trying it and the same thing. I noticed it made my eyes look puffy and I saw increased wrinkles. I keep up with my under eye wrinkles I noticed a new tiny one forming.

    Advanced Action Retinol Moisturizer

    What it has in it:
    2.5% Retinol
    Vitamin C
    Hyaluronic Acid
    Jojoba Oil
    Shea Butter
    Green Tea

    Claims: (off website)
diminishing the appearance of wrinkles & fine lines; reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation, such as sun spots, age spots and dark spots; helping control breakouts and reducing blemishes, restoring firmness and elasticity of skin, evening skin tone & texture; and delivering ultimate moisturize for soft, supple skin.

This is so thick and creamy. It did go on easy but it didn't really sink in all the way. The good thing it didn't feel sticky or heavy.
The first time I tried this it was at night. My first initial thought was wow my face feels soft. I woke up the next morning with a few spots. I continued to use but applied it in the morning. My face kept getting worse. I know with retinol products you just have to keep using it to see results. I kept up with it and I was not thrilled. I had the worst breakout ever. My face was so bumpy and dull it even looked like my pores were getting larger.

Final thoughts: I really wanted these products to work. I read tons of reviews and they were all positive. I do have extremely sensitive skin I mean really sensitive. I do want you all to know these were just my results and everyone is different.

Thank you for reading and until next time!!

NYC City Proof Twistable Perfecting Lip Primer

    Howdy Folks!!!

When I was checking out the NYC display the other day I stumbled upon this product. I was very intrigued. I am always looking for a good lip product.

NYC City Proof Twistable Perfecting Lip Primer
    in the shade 001 Universal
    CVS $2.99

    off of the website:
    Preps & primes lips
    Makes lips feel smoother
Helps to visually reduce lines & ridges
    Helps lip color wear longer
    Helps to set/seal lip color

When I was first looking at this in the packaging I was wondering how this was going to work because it looks light pink and frosty. So when I did first swatch it I was like oh my this is super frosty. I don't like frosty lips!! On first contact I knew this was going to be awful. It is extremely gritty. Therefor every time I pressed my lips together I could feel it.
This claims to help reduce lines and ridges. On my lips it settled in every crease. I exfoliated my lips before hand so that I could start off with a smooth canvas but it looked bad like my lips were dry and cracked. It did help my lipstick color look a little brighter and it did help it last longer but it was so uncomfortable. When I did take off my lipstick my lips were so dry and chapped. I honestly hated this stuff like really hated it. My poor lips!! I wanted this to be amazing because I love NYC lip products!!!

Have y'all seen this yet? Have any of y'all tried it out? Let me know what you think.

Thank you for reading and until next time!!

New NYC CityProof 24HR Eyeshadow and Primer

    Howdy gals and guys!!!

A few days ago I was walking around CVS checking out the makeup. I noticed the NYC display was getting updated. They had loads of new stuff and I was super excited.
What really got my attention was the shadow sticks and the primer.

CVS I paid $2.99 for each

    CityProof 24HR Eye Primer

    001 Universal

    From website:
    - Ultimate prep for creaseless, more vibrant shadow.
    - Primes the eye lid for more intense eye shadow color & better eyeshadow wear : extends the wear of eye shadow by up to 4 hours longer

Having an eye primer in stick form that you don't have to sharpen is smart. I just love the packaging. As for the product its not one of my favs. It goes on easy and blends out well but you have to be fast because it dries quick. The formula is on the dry side and you need to warm it up with your fingers. I did use a brush to blend it out but I felt like it left the product looking patchy. I felt that I got more of even application using my finger. This does give a nice base to shadows and to the shadow pencils if you can get an even coat but I did only get 4 hours of wear before it started creasing. It also has a strange smell.

    CityProof 24HR
    Waterproof Eyeshadow

Top: Empire State Building- Steel grey color
Bottom: Murry Hill Champagne- Gold Champagne color

    From website:
    24HR wear
    Waterproof
    Crease-proof
    Homogeneous application
    Gives intense color pay-off
    Vibrant color
    Quick & easy to use
    Glides easily
    Smooth application
    Smear-proof & Tear-proof

I tried these on top of the primer and without. Either way it didn't apply super smooth. Again I tried applying it with a brush and with my finger. Applying it with my fingers does give it a better look but not much. I tried it as a base for eyeshadow and also just as a cream shadow. It did an ok job as a base for shadows but nothing amazing. I just wanted these to go on smooth and creamy but they didn't. They were dry and creased and had a bad smell.

Over all I am disappointed with both of these products. They weren't creamy or smooth and they didn't last. I had extremely high hopes for these but we can't win them all.

Have y'all seen these yet? Let me know what you think.

Thanks for reading and until next time!!

A Few More Wet N Wild Goodies!!

    Hello my lovely readers!!

As I said in  last post I love looking for new displays. This one has been out for a while but you know I had to buy a few products. These are not necessarily all new. Some are repackaged and redone of already existing products.

    Everything is each 99 cents.
    I found this at CVS

WildShine Nail Color in Grape Minds Think Alike
    Purple, maroon color.

I like the new bottle. Its kind of interesting. This color did go on a little streaky. I put on a top coat and it looked much better. It dried really quickly. Which is good for an impatient person like me. I did get over a week of wear with few chips. I really like this color.

    Silk Finish Lipstick

This new packaging is nice and sleek. It does feel a little flimsy but what do expect for 99 cents. The formula is creamy and goes on easily. I don't get more than a few hours of wear but I can just reapply. I also don't have any problems with my lips being dry after I take it off.
The Fuchsia with Blue Pearl does remind me of NYC's Blue Rose lipstick which is one of my favorite lipstick ever. Its a fuchsia with a blue sheen. The color Will You Be With Me? is a nude mauve color that is perfect for everyday use.

I am so happy I picked these up. For the price they are excellent products!

Have y'all seen these display yet?

New NYC Lip Lacquer and Satin Matte Expert Last Lip Color

Hello Everyone!! I hope your day is going great! I know mine is.

I love going into the store and discovering a new display of makeup goodies. I think the people at my local Walgreens and CVS think I am up to no good because I walk in look at the displays and if nothing is new I just walk out. They kind of just look at me like what on earth are you doing. One day I saw this NYC lip product display and I was like YESSS!!

I found this at CVS a few weeks ago.

I picked up 2 New Satin Matte Expert Last Lip Color $1.87 each
and 1 New Expert Last Lip Lacquer $3.99

    Expert Last Lip Color

    Top Creamy Mauve
    Bottom Red Suede

    Creamy Mauve

    Red Suede

The original Expert Last Lip Colors are one of my all time favorite lip product ever. (Read review here.) Since they came out with a new "Satin-Matte" finish of course I had to try it out.

The packaging is made out of plastic and the lipstick itself does not roll all the way down. Also no where on the tube does it say it has a satin matte finish. Its only on the plastic wrapper. The finish says its a satin-matte finish but to me its way to creamy to be matte. Oh yeah it also smells weird. Kind of like play makeup.
Other than that I love these. They are creamy, dreamy smooth. They glide on with little effort. The Creamy Mauve one is kind of not my favorite color but the Red Suede is GORGEOUS!! The lasting power is decent. I got a few hours of wear nothing really long. The red one does stain a little bit but you can remove it with a wipe.

    Expert Last Lip Lacquer $3.87

    Color in Big City Berry

I didn't have really high hopes for this. I thought it was going to be some cheap lip gloss type product that was going to be awful. Boy was I wrong. You instantly know that this is special. It applies buttery soft and smooth. The crazy thing is it is so lightweight. You can talk and do whatever and it doesn't feel sticky or thick. You know sometimes you wear a lip product and you can't even talk without it being uncomfortable. Well not with this. This color is also intense. You only need one swipe to give you full on color. I'm telling you this feels like a very expensive product. I absolutely love how it feels on my lips. I get a few hours of wear with eating and drinking. When it does wear off it doesn't leave my lips dry at all. Which I love because my lips are already dry I don't need something to dry them out worse.

Over all I'm really impressed with these new products. They are inexpensive and they come in lots of different colors.

Have any of you tried these out yet? Let me know what you think.

Thank you for reading and until next time!!

Rimmel Provocalips in Make Your Move

    Hi Everyone!!

Today I have yet another liquid lipstick to review. Yes I know these are everywhere right now. I love them so its ok. I will try as many as I can.

    730 Make Your Move

This thing is pretty neat. One end is the lip color itself and the end with the lips is a lock and shine step. I've tried some products similar to this with the two steps but I was never a fan. This one is different.
From the moment you first put it on you know this is something extraordinary. The formula of the lip color is so creamy and glides on effortlessly. You can add multiple layers and it never feels sticky or thick. You can wear it like that or you can put on the sealer. When you apply the lock and shine it feels so weird. Not a bad weird but just different.
I wore this throughout the day and it wore beautifully. It never dried out my lips and it felt feather light. I got over 4 hours of wear without any problems. This is supposed to last 16hrs and be budge proof and kiss proof. I don't know about 16hr wear but I drank out of a cup with minimal transfer.
One last thing its a little hard to remove but the Rimmel website says use an oil based makeup remover which took it off easily.
Well Rimmel is on a roll with these new lip products. Bravo Rimmel!!

Have any of y'all tried these out yet? If so let me know what you think.

Physicians Formula Argan Wear Bronzer & Blush Review

    Hi Everyone!!

So as I sit here wondering what to possibly write about these products I can't help but just stare at them. They are quite breathtakingly beautiful. Y'all are probably wondering what I am going on about. Well it's none other than then the New Physicians Formula Argan Wear Bronzer and Blush.

    Physicians Formula
    Bronzer and Blush

    Ultra-Nourishing Argan Oil Bronzer
    Color in Bronzer
"Gives you an exotic bronzing glow!"

    Ultra-Nourishing Argan Oil Blush
    Color in rose
"Gives you an excotic blushing glow!"

Applied bronzer as contour and also all over for a bronzed look.
Applied blush to the apples of cheeks for a flushed look.

    Pros of both:
    1. Both have very posh packaging.
    2. Both are infused with 100% Argan Oil.
    3. They both have an intoxicating smell.
    4. The pair of them have a beautiful design. Kind of like a mosaic tile.
    5. The two apply easy and smooth.
    6. Each has amazing pigmentation.
    7. They both last all day with minimal fading.
    8. The gold over spray of both fades away and the product underneath has no sparkle but has a satin finish.

    Cons of both:
    1. They both have a chunky gold over spray.
    2. When you first use them you will have gold glitter all over your face.

Over all I absolutely adore these two. They are beautiful in every way. The blush gives you the perfect flush and the bronzer gives you the perfect glow. Physicians Formula is always coming up with amazing and innovative products.

Have any you tried these out yet? Please let me know what yout think.
