Dew Puff Konjac Face Sponge Review

Good Afternoon All!!!

I hope everyone is staying warm today. I woke up to beautiful snow. I love snow!!
Anyway Thanksgiving came and went and I trust all had a wonderful day I know I did. I went home to Texas and got sick and am still getting over it. I have been in bed but told my self "Olivia get up and blog you have a ton of stuff to catch up on and review!" So I'm up and had a huge cup of coffee and I'm ready to get after it.

So for today I have a product that I have been wanting to try for a while now. I saw a more expensive "High End" version but I was not going to shell out that kind of money for a face cleaning sponge. I was going to order a cheap version from eBay but thought twice about it. I wanted to buy one from the store but didn't have luck finding one. So on one of my trips to the health food store I came across one for less then 5 bucks. I was so excited.

This is a natural fiber sponge.
Its made from the root of the konjac plant that is native to Asia and has been used for centuries for many different purposes.

When its dry its as hard as a pumice stone and your like really you want me to use this on my face.

Then you wet it and its nice and soft.

You can get an original version but I chose the Bamboo Charcoal version. I have oily skin so I was all over this. The activated carbon and minerals help prevent breakouts and the antioxidants help to fight acne-causing bacteria. It also has the ability to break down dirt and promote circulation naturally.
The texture also gently exfoliates and refreshes skin.

I love that it is natural. I use a lot of stuff on my face and sometimes I just want to use something without any chemicals.
This undoubtedly leaves my face feeling so clean and fresh. You can use it with or without a cleanser and I love that you can have that option. I also enjoy the shape of this little sponge. It makes it much easier to hold and get around your face. Best part is it lasts 3 months with washing your face twice a day making it really cost-effective. You rinse it after each use, squeeze excess water and let air dry for your next use. If you want to further sanitize boil for 2 minutes or microwave for 1 minute then air dry.
Since it is all natural it is biodegradable and compostable.

I am extremely thrilled I tried this. I use it everyday and I am loving the results. My face has never felt better.

Thank you for reading and until next time.
