Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream

Hell everyone!!! TGIF!!

I have tried my fair share of BB creams. Some have been good some have been crap. I read a lot of reviews on this BB cream so I had to try it out. It is a Korean BB cream so it is very different from what we call BB cream here in the states.

 No. 27
(Honey Beige)

This cream has SPF 42 PA+++ and is suppose to lighten skin tone by healing visible wrinkles and blemishes. It has excellent skin-covering ability and prevents skin aging through effective whitening and ant-wrinkle properties.
I have really oily skin so I didn't have high hopes for this. All the BB creams I have tried left me a greasy mess.
The tube comes with a pump which is awesome so you can control the amount that comes out. It does have a smell but I like it a lot it smells very luxurious. I use my hands to apply it and it is super light and easy to put on. This stuff covers it all from spots to pores and wrinkles. I love it. The color is a little light but it works. It stays all day with just a little powder on the T-Zone and keeps my oiliness in check. I have been using it for a while now and I don't see any real whitening but it does feel smoother.
Where has this been all my life? I love it so much! I must try more Missha products.

Thank you for reading and until next time!

Maybelline Limited Edition ColorSensational High Shine Lip Gloss Fall 2013

Hello and good afternoon!!

Maybelline came out with a new fall line. Fall 2013 on The Runway has lipsticks, lip glosses, eyeshadows, nail polishes and eyeliners. Everything is very beautiful and perfect for the coming fall. I saw everything on another blog and thought I have tons of purple lipsticks so I will pass on these. I went to the store and looked at everything up close and fell in love with the dark purple gloss. It also helped that I had a 2 dollar off coupon for the new lipsticks and glosses.

 295 Purple Royale

In the package it looks really dark and deep but its on the sheer side. You can build it up to get it darker but you have to slather it on. I do like that it is not sticky or gooey on the lips. I love, love, love the color but I don't know if I like it on its own maybe on top of a lipstick like Heroine by MAC.

Thank you for readying and until next time!

Wet N Wild Tough Girl Beauty Army Eyeshadow Trios Review

Hi everyone!!!

So Wet N Wild came out with more new palettes. Its like every month I am running around like a chicken with its head cut off looking for new palettes. This time I wasn't looking for them they really didn't call my attention. I went on vacation last week and stopped at a Walgreen's because I needed some stuff and I just kind of walk into them. Oh my goodness I had to buy them they are so pretty. My husband was like really we are on vacation and your having a heart attack about makeup but  he is a champ and he understands about me and my obsession. They came out with 6 total palettes and I got 4. Some come with mascaras and some are just the palettes. It just depends on where you get them. The 4 I got from Walgreen's didn't have the mascara. I then came home from my vacation and went to HEB they had the ones with the mascara and I got 1.
Swatched all colors over a primer.

  Enlisting For Beauty
Oh my this palette is so amazing. The browns are perfect. I love all three colors. The light skin tone brown is so buttery smooth and has a tiny bit of shimmer. The dark chocolate brown is deep and gorgeous and has more of a satin finish. The bottom taupe color is full on shimmer.

Zero Dark Flirty
I love purple shadows so I had to get this palette. The lavender color is kind of chalky and blah. The middle color is a dark rich purple and really pigmented with some sparkle and I like it a lot. The last color is a beautiful violet purple that is a little chalky but does have a nice color payoff.

Soldiers in Charms
When I think of Army colors these are what I have in mind. They just scream camouflage. The first color is a light green with a satin finish and ok pigmentation. The middle is a dark green with gold fleck and it is dazzling. My favorite has to be the olive green color. Its intense and very pigmented.

Spoiled Army Brat
The top color is a classy mauve color with lots shimmer. The middle cranberry color is vibrant and lovely. The bottom color is a light champagne pink with lots of sparkle but not enough pigmentation.

    I Don't Do Camouflage
The top color is a light icy blue with lots of sparkle and shine. The middle color looks like a black with blue glitter in it. The last color is a denim type blue with a splendid glittery sheen.

I love all the palettes they are amazing and beautiful. I think with all the dark colors used these will be perfect for a smoky eye this fall. I am very happy I bought them. Wet N Wild you got me again!

ELF Custom Compact

Hi Everyone and Good Morning!

Elf is one of my favorite makeup companies. I love how everything is very inexpensive but still a good quality product. I have always seen these palettes and the eyeshadows but never thought about trying them. I recently saw emilynoel83 talk about them on a video and rave about how wonderful they are. I knew I had to try them out for my self. If she likes it it must be good. If you don't know who she is you need to look her up on YouTube or her blog. Anyway I was at Target and the palette was $1.00 and each individual shadow is also a $1.00 can't beat that. You can customize it any way you like. The eyeshadows have a magnet on the back of them so you can pop them in and out of the pallet. At the store they only had about 6 colors. On the Elf website they have 18 colors.

Comes with a huge mirror and a sponge tip applicator.

I was very impressed with the pigmentation and longevity of these shadows. Put over a primer I can get all day wear. For a buck these shadows are a steal. I can't believe it to me so long to try them out. I am certainty going to order additional colors and make more little palettes or maybe put all the colors in a Zpalette. I don't know yet all I know is that I am happy I tried them out.

Freeman Star Fruit Paper Mask

Howdy Everyone!

Today I have a wonderful new face product by Freeman. I really do enjoy a good paper masks so when I saw that Freeman came out with a couple different ones I had to try one out. Paper masks have been all the rage in Asia and have been slowly making their way to the states. I am pretty sure we are about to see everyone come out with their own version just like the BB cream craze.

  Yikes Scary!!

The back of the package reads " This serum-infused paper facial mask with Star fruit helps calm skin stressed by flare-ups. Lavender and Niacinamide helps balance oil production. Tea-Tree soothes breakout -stressed skin. Perfect for combination to oily skin."
I have extremely oily skin so this mask was a must. I am always trying to find ways to help control my oily face. The package says to cleanse face and wear for 5 to 10 minutes. Oh my goodness the minute you put this bad boy on it feels cold and refreshing. It also has a nice fresh smell. You can feel it really working. It tingles a little but nothing to bad. After 10 minutes I peeled it off. My face looked and felt amazing. I had a zit on my nose before I put this on and when I took it off it was gone my face even looked less oily. WOW I love this mask! I also love that it is convenient and not messy. I am going out and buying more.

Ipsy Bag: August 2013

Hi guys and gals!!

Ipsy time once again. I love going to my mail box and pulling out a bright pink package. It makes me so happy. This months theme is Glamour Academy which is great because school starts for many in August. First off I love, love, love this bag it reminds me off Harry Potter and I love Harry Potter.

I received 5 products

What's in the bag:
  • Michael Todd Pumpkin Face Mask- This stuff smells like pumpkin puree but not in the pumpkin pie sorta way. It smells really weird. It reminds me of baby food or baby poop. I really don't like it. I heard good things about this brand so I tried it anyway. It did however leave my face smooth and soft so I have to suck it up and get over the grossness.
  • Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer- I like that it goes on smooth and leaves your face a perfect bare canvas ready for foundation. This stuff is great and prolonged my make up. I am very happy I finally got to try this.
  • MICA- I got one of these in another bag in a similar color. The color is pretty and its really shimmery but its nothing really special. I got the color Bronze.
  •  Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick- Holy stuff! This is super pigmented and it lasts a long time. The only thing is it does't feel really moisturizing on the lips but its ok its a Urban Decay lipstick!!!! The color I got is 69.
  • Pixi Lash Booster Mascara- I love this mascara. The brush design lets you get into every little lash. It made my lashes big and full. It also lasted all day with out any problem.

This has to be my favorite bag to date. Everything was amazing. I can't wait to see how they top this.

LORAC Pro To Go Palette

Hello All My Beautiful Readers!!

First off I want to state that I am totally infatuated with the LORAC Pro palette. It holds a special place in my heart. With that being said I saw this on someones Instagram and was a little on the fence about it. I honestly said there is nothing special about this. But I caved and bought it. I am so glad I did!

 $38.00 at Sephora

6 shadows and a small brush
3 top are shimmer shades
3 bottom are matte
I love that it comes with both matte and shimmer shades. Same as my favorite Pro Palette.

 No Flash
Flash

All shades are butter smooth and glide on. They feel so luxurious and expensive. The pigmentation is astounding. This is one swipe of each color. I did use LORAC Behind The Scenes Eye Primer to swatch. But still insane pigmentation. The colors are different from the Pro Palette except for the black. These colors are very versatile and multi-purpose. You can make soft daytime looks and dramatic nighttime looks. I will defiantly be using this a lot for the coming fall.

As if the shadows weren't enough there is also two blushes and a bronzer.
 Even another small brush!!!

The first blush has a beautiful gold shimmery that gives you a gorgeous pink glow. The pink blush is totally matte and blends on the cheeks so easy to give you the perfect flush. Of course my favorite thing is the matte bronzer. I am really into contouring and bronzing my face so this little bronzer is perfect.

The palette is out-of-this world amazing. Everything in one handy palette is great. I have been obsessed with it since I bought it. I high recommend this for people on the go or people not on the go. I could see this being perfect for throwing in your purse or back pack for school. I am very happy I bought it!! I feel bad for judging it before I tried it. LORAC has done it again another splendid product.

Look I created with this palette!!

Jordana 12 HR Made To Last Liquid Eyeliner

Good Morning All !!!

Today I will be doing my last review on some of the new Jordana products. I only selected a few of the new items. There is a couple more things that I didn't get. I know they have jumbo shadow sticks but I need another jumbo eye pencil like I need a hole in the head.
I love eyeliner and I am always trying different ones. I saw that this claimed to last 12 HR. Of course I had to see for my self.

I got it in
01 Black Point
There is 6 colors in total

Website says:
  • Intense, Instant Color Eyeliner that is Made to Last
  • Smooth-Gliding Pencil For a Precise Application
  • Water and Transfer Resistant
  • Paraben- Free
  • Made in USA
The pigmentation is super intense. All you need is one swipe to get a good line. It is so creamy and smooth and glides on without much effort. I swatched it and rubbed it like a crazy women and nothing still perfect. I only wore it for a few hours and it stayed on without any problem. I can see it staying on for quite some time. I had trouble washing it off my eyes but I used an eye-makeup remover and that got it. It reminds me of the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero but more creamy and darker. I like it so much more than the 24/7 pencil and its only $2.99. Much better than $18 bucks.
I am really impressed with all the wonderful products that Jordana has come out with. I hope they keep up the good work.

Thamk you for reading!! Please leave any and all comments and until next time!

Jordana Best Length Extreme Mascara and Best Volume Extreme Mascara

Hello Everyone and Good Day!!

So I am continuing with my reviews on the new Jordana products. Today I will be sharing with y'all the new Jordana mascaras. One of my favorite mascaras in the world is the Jordana Best Lash Extreme Volumizing Mascara. I love it over anything else I have ever tried. Its perfect! Loving that mascara so much made me have to try these out. I had to see if they are as good as my beloved mascara.

Best Length Extreme Lengthening Mascara
303 Black

Website says:
  • Long tapered molded brush lengthens, separates and curls
  • Dramatically lengthens and defines lashes
  • Extends and precisely separates the tiniest, shortest, hard to reach lashes
  • No clumping and no smearing
  • Made in the USA

As we all know I am not found of rubber mascara brushes. I loath them! I had a very bad experiences with one. So I was not to happy when I opened this up and saw a huge scary looking rubber brush. Way larger then my loved Best Extreme Mascara. Any how I tried it being very careful not to hurt my self.

No Mascara
With Mascara

When I put it on I noticed that the formula was very wet. It applied somewhat easy and it did give me some length. However it still clumped up on the tips. I did apply to the lower lashes but since it is a wet formula, the lower and top lashes kind of stuck together. Another thing it never fully dried it was still semi wet. It was kind of crazy. I touched my lashes and it smudged and flaked everywhere. When it was time to take it off it came off easily with no real hassle.

 Best Volume Extreme Volumizing Mascara
302 Black

Website says:
  • Mega Brush, Spectacular in Length with Tight Bristles Provides Amazing Volume
  • Volumizing Formula and Mega Brush Create False Lash Effect
  • Long Lasting Wear
  • Smear-Proof, Non Clumping
  • Paraben-Free
  • Made in Italy
This brush is HUGE! Way bigger then the Best Lash Extreme Mascara, which I prefer. The formula is on the drier side but that's better then being too wet. My favorite mascara the Best Lash Extreme Mascara is not to wet nor to dry. Its perfect, like I've already mentioned. But I still went ahead and tried it out.

No Mascara
With Mascara

This mascara goes on super easy. I really do like the large brush, it gives nice big volume. The one thing I don't like is the brush is kind of large for the lower lashes. But its ok because I like the Best Lash Extreme Mascara better for the lower lashes. I like that it lasted all day without a problem. No clumps no flakes. It also washed off very easily. No scrubbing necessary. I really like this mascara its pretty amazing.

Well all in all the mascaras are a hit with me. I like the Best Lash Extreme Mascara better but its ok. I did find that if I use the pink tube first then put the green tube on top of it, It make for the prettiest, thickest and longest lashes. So yes I would recommend these to anyone. They are great and for only $2.99 they are easy on the wallet.

Jordana Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain Review

Hi and good day!!

Jordana has recently come out with a lot of new products and I'm so excited!! I'm going to take a few days and review each product instead of doing it all at once.

The first product I am going to review is the Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stains. I love any and all twist up chubby lip pencils. I have quite a bit of them in my makeup collection. So trying these out was a no brainer. When I saw these I thought they looked vaguely familiar. As in they look just like the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains. Anyway that intrigued me even more. I picked up 3 at the drugstore for around $2.99 each.

Honey Love, Tropical Frenzy, Candied Coral

The website says they are:
  • Moisturizing Balms Infused With a Light-Weight Stain
  • Glossy then they Transform into the Perfect Flush of Color
  • Long-Lasting
  • Retractable, Non Sharpening Required
  • Paraben-Free
  • Made in the USA
They glide on super smooth and creamy. For being so pretty they are extremely moisturizing and feel light not thick and sticky. The finish is glossy but not like a true lip gloss. The pigmentation is indescribable. They are light but build up very easily. I did swatch them on my arm and I did scrub them and they were a little hard to take off. With that being said yes they stain your lips but it looks very natural.
The Honey Love shade is pretty darn close to the Revlon Balm Stain in Honey. I do however prefer the color and texture of the Jordana balm in Honey Love. I do also like the smell of the Jordana ones over the Revlon ones. The Jordana one is sweet smelling as a apposed to a fake mint smell. For $2.99 they blow the other lip pencils I own out of the water. Jordana I applaud you!!! These will now be my go to lip product.

Thank you and until next time!!
