Milani Shadow Eyez in Almond Cream

Howdy y'all!!

I am not a big fan of chubby pencils they always tend to crease on me no matter what I do. Since this one said 12hr I was like it wont hurt to try.

10 Almond Cream

The reason I picked this one was because it looks like the perfect eyeshadow base. Its a nice nude beige color great for everyday use. It reminds me a little of my MAC Painterly Paint Pot in stick form. I love my Paint Pot!! I just wish it was more convenient. Of course I love that it claims to last 12 hr which would be awesome. It also claims to be water-resistant and crease proof.

No Primer                Primer

I applied it on my eye and it felt so nice and creamy and blended very easily. I set it with a nude matte shadow. The other eye I put LORAC primer on first. Then I applied the pencil on top and blended it out. I then set with a nude matte shadow. I wore it for around 11hr. I was really surprised how it held up. The non primer creased pretty bad and it looks gross. I did not check it or mess with it all day. The primer side looks fantastic. It held up just fine. I can just imagine how it will do with colored shadows!! I am really am upset it creased without primer but I will just apply a primer first. No big deal. I must say that I do really like this. So I give it 2 thumbs up.

Thank You and Until Next Time!!!

Revlon Lash Potion by Grow Luscious Mascara

What a beautiful day. I hope you all are having a great one.

I have not had the best of luck with Revlon mascaras. With that in mind Revlon Lash Potion was not on my list of things to try out. I had a coupon so I said what the heck might as well.

First off let me say that the packaging is so cute. I love the colors and yes this had something to do with me being drawn to it. This claims to give spell-binding volume and length. Which I need my lashes are pretty wimpy. It also says on the package that the formula has strengthening proteins, amino acids and essential vitamins that revitalizes lashes.

It has an Illusionist Wand that is suppose to drench lashes for dramatic volume and comb through lashes for clump free length. Um well it looks like a regular lash wand to me. I like this one because it is not one of those rubber ones which I don't like much. I hurt my eye pretty bad with a rubber spiky one from a highend brand so I am weird about my mascaras.

I am so delighted that I decided to get this. It is amazing stuff. It gave me more length than volume but hey I can't complain. It also did not clump which is a miracle. It wore very well throughout the day did not flake or smudge. It comes off easily and you don't have to work at it. So happy with this!! Hope y'all try!1

Thank you and Until Next Time!!!

LORAC GLOgetter Palette

Howdy Guys and Gals!!

I am a big fan of small palettes with lots of colors. I don't like the larger ones because they tend to take up a lot of space and not suited for travel and being on the go. I saw this palette and absolutely fell head over heels for it. It is an Ulta exclusive but with the internet I don't see it being that hard to get.

OMG BEAUTIFUL!!! I didn't want to wash the swatches off my arm because the colors are so exquisite. I did swatch them over the LORAC Behind The Scenes Eye Primer but the pigmentation is outrageous. They are bold and vivid and gorgeous. There is 8 lid colors and 2 highlight colors but of course you can use them how you please. The texture of theses are smooth and creamy. The palette also has a great big mirror which is always a plus. This is my new favorite palette right now and it will be so perfect for travel this summer.
I hope everyone will run out and get this. You will not be disappointed.

Thank You so much for reading!!
Until Next Time!!

LORAC TANtalizer

Hi everyone!!

One thing that I am really obsessed with is bronzer. I have a round face so I like to contour and bronze my face. I have oily/combo skin and I have large pores so I don't like wearing a lot of shimmer. The shimmer emphasizes my pores and makes me look oilier.
I saw the the LORAC TANtalizer and I had to get it. What caught my eye was of course the stunning compact and that it is a Highlighter and Matte Bronzer Duo. Since it is a matte bronzer it was a must for me.

The bronzer is completely matte with no trace of shimmer what so ever. The color is a warm dark chocolate brown that is perfect for my skin. It blends well and the texture is nice and smooth.
The highlighter is beautiful as well. It's a nice soft pink, champagne gold color that glides on. It does however have chunks of shimmer. Not good for my face :(  The texture is quite soft and smooth which is weird since it is very shimmery. This gorgeous duo would be perfect for the coming summer. I think I will get more use out of the bronzer but I am sure I can find a use for the highlighter. All in all its a great product and I do hope y'all check it out.

Thank You SO Much and Until Next Time!!

Maybelline Color Tattoo: Summer 2013

Greetings my lovely readers!!!

I just want to start off by saying that the Maybelline Color Tattoos are one of my all time favorite products EVER. Naturally I had to get some of the Summer 2013 Limited Edition Collection. They came out with 8 and I just picked up 4 that I liked the most.

 15 Blue Paradise

It is a cool light blue with a purple shimmer almost silver.

20 Waves of White

It looks white in pot then you swatch and it looks like a light green.

 35 Cool Crush

Full on silver tone with a purple reflect.

 40 Seashore Frosts

When you look at it in container it looks blue with bronze, gold and when you swatch it look totally bronze

I love all 4. The colors are so amazing and unique. I have never seen anything like them. I am very happy I bought them.

Ipsy Bag: May 2013

Greetings my fine friends!!!

Receiving my Ipsy bag is one of my favorite times of them month.
I was out of town for a while so I was not able to post this right after I received it. Its better late than never is what I like to say.

May's theme is Spring Fling. When I first opened my package I fell in love with the bag. I love the colors and the the design. Very fun and on trend.

What's in the bag:

  • Yaby Concealer Refills- I think I would really enjoy this product if it was my color. I received the color Pecan.  It is was to dark for my skin but I think I may use it to contour my face.
  • Mirabella Color Sheers Lipstick- The packaging is lovely. The color I got is Pixie. Its a beautiful coral, orange. It goes on very sheer like the name says and you can build it up. It has a slight smell that I cant put my finger on. Its ok but not amazing.
  • Juice Beauty Lip gloss- I got the color in Fig. I don't know if I really like it. Its a brown, bronze color with a lot of sparkle. It does have a sweet smell that makes me want to eat it but that's all it has going for it.
  • ZOYA Nail Polish- I received the color Gie Gie. I love the soft pink with shimmer color in the bottle. When I put it on it was very sheer and you have to build it up. It does how ever go on streaky and clumpy. I was most excited about reciving a ZOYA polish.
  • Pacifica Isalnd Vanilla Perfume Roll-on- I am not a fan of vanilla so this was a bust for me. The packaging is nice and I love the roller ball but the smell is full on vanilla. I would love it if it was another smell.
I think its an alright bag. For The price its always a good bag even though you dont always like everything in it. I already ready for next months bag.

Thank you all so much and Until Next Time !!!

DIY Natural Beauty Wednesday

Howdy Guys and Gals

What you will need:
1 cup distilled water
1 tablespoon almond oil (olive, coconut any oil)
1 1/2 tablespoon baby shampoo

Mix it all together and poor into smaller container. Keep the extra in another container with lid. I just had one with a spray nozzle but it will work. Shake every time so you mix everything up.

YUCK

This stuff is GREAT!!! It takes everything off with one swipe and its the fraction of the price of leading brands!!!
I hope you all try this stuff!! You Will Love It!!

DIY Natural Beauty Wednesday

Greetings Everyone!!!

There is one thing in this world that I hate with every fiber of my being. That is shaving my legs. I am sorry TMI. I have tried a lot of different things to make it not so much of a hassle. I have tried shaving creams and lotions. I have tried NAIR and it kind of burnt my legs. The razors even kind of hurt my legs. Its about to be summer time and I am getting married in a few weeks so I need soft legs. I have been looking and researching for something to get them nice and smooth. Like everyone on the planet I am highly addicted to Pinterest and thought I could find something good on there. Boy did I!!! Lemon Shave Scrub!!! I love this very much and it is so easy.

Ingredients:
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs almond oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup kosher salt
1 lemon

Mix everything together to make a paste and put in a container with lid.

I wet my legs really well and massage this all over. I like to put in kosher salt so it gives more of a coarse scrub. I rinse it off and shave. I get out of shower or bath and slather lotion all over my legs. OH MY GOODNESS I have never had my legs feel so smooth and silky. I absolutely love this stuff. It makes it so easy to shave and does not hurt my legs at all. Pinterest you are my best friend. How did I live life without you. I hope everyone tries this stuff you will be so glad you did.

Thank You So Much
Until Next Time!!!!

Wet N Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection Photo Op Eyeshadow

Greetings To All !!

I want to start off by saying that I am not a fan of Fergie at all. I kind of dislike her a lot. So I was on the fence about these. I went shopping one day and Wet N Wild stuff was on sale so I said what the heck.

 A032 Maldives Sky

A029 Desert Festival
I just got the two because they where the only ones that really appealed to me.

When I brought them home and opened them they where very pretty, more then I thought they would be. The colors are bright and vivid and kind of beautiful.

When I swatched them they felt nice except for a few felt kind of hard in the desert palette. I know hard crazy right but they did. I did swatch them over a primer. I don't think I would use them without a primer.

I could not wait to use them!!!

Over the eyeshadow is satisfactory. I liked that they blended together easily. Some felt a little chalky so they did have some fall out which I kind of expected. I did get a full day of wear but I did however use a primer and a MAC paint pot. The packaging to me is a little weird, kind of compact and bulky at the same time. I hate to say it because I do love Wet N Wild but I don't know if I will buy more of the Fergie line. It felt a little cheap to me.

Thank you guys!!!
And Until Next Time!!

DIY Natural Beauty Wednesday

Howdy Y'all!!! Hope all is well!!

I love to paint my nails and try different colors. Sometimes though I want to let my nails breath. When I do go without polish I am left with gross yellow nails. I have been researching on easy ways to whiten your nails at home. Well I found a great solution for you. All the things you need are probably in your home right now. We all know how much I love to use baking soda so this was a must for me.

That right that's all you need.

Ingredients:
1. 2 tbs baking soda
2. 2 tbs peroxide
3. 2 tbs hot water
4. Bowel
5. tbs measure

This is what it looks like mixed

You do want to buff nails lightly with a nail file before.
Then you soak for no less then 1 minute. I did around 5 minutes.
When done rinse well and I like to moisturize my hands.

I am very delighted with the out come and I will continue to use this because it is amazing.
I hope y'all enjoyed!!
Thank You so much for reading and Until Next Time!!
