Wet N Wild Megalast Nail Polish

Hello everyone!!

I love Wet n Wild Megalast nail polish more then life it self. One of the best nail polishes hands down. So of course I was very excited when I heard they came out with new colors. I about passed out with joy. I adore the ones I have and want every new color. The formula of the polish is one of my favorites. The polishes are a nice thick consistency. The brush they have is amazing. Very wide and can cover with a few strokes. The polish lasts on my fingers almost two weeks with a good top coat with hardly a chip. The drying time is lickety split which is so important to me because I'm always on the go. I hate when polish takes forever to dry. And of course who does not like the price under 2 bucks WOW!!!!

They came out with a bunch of new colors I mean A LOT but I just for some reason bought 5. I should have got more but oh well. These colors just jumped out at me. I can wear them for spring and right into summer. I have nothing like these in my collection, close but nothing this bright. The picture does not give them enough credit they are so bright and bold. I am so happy with these and I am definitely going to get more!!!

Thank Y'all So Much For Reading!!!
Until Next Time!!

Physicians Formula Mascara Review

Hello everyone I hope its going well!!

I have two mascaras I wanted to share with y'all today. I am a huge Physicians Formula fan and I don't know why it took me so long to try these but oh well right. My lashes are not the best in the world so I am constantly try different mascaras and I usually wear 4 to 5 at a time crazy I know. If one volumizes it doesn't lengthen and so on and so forth. I have a never ending battle with mascara.

                                             Without Mascara
                                              With Mascara

I first tried the Organic Wear Jumbo Lash Mascara in the color Black Organics. This is a 100% natural origin product. Its is free of harsh chemicals and preservatives. It is also 100% free of parabens, synthetic colors and fragrances. There are also organic ingredients to help moisturizer and sooth. I love that it is totally cruelty free. The brush on this thing is huge and it is a plastic type recyclable eco brush. There is a lot of information and writing on the packaging that you don't know where to start reading. Its all positive info but still a little intimidating when you first look at it. The tube itself is really bulky and not too convenient. The formula is a bit thick and a little dry but this puppy builds up like a dream and does not clump. It gives great volume and some added length. I love how it wears, It does not smudge, flake, or irritate. When you are ready to wash it off, it comes off like a breeze. I was blown away with this.

                                              Without Mascara
                                                 With Mascara

I then tried the Organic Wear Fake Out Mascara. This mascara is 100 % natural origin and also free of all the same harsh chemicals and preservatives. The packaging is the same with all its writing and info. The packaging looks the same except one is green and one is pink. The brush is exact. You would not tell the difference between the two until you actually try them. This formula is wetter and clumps a tiny bit in my opinion. It does lengthen, but I am not to keen on this formula. It did not smudge or flake and does wash off easily but I like the green one better.
I hope y'all will go out and try this it is great for the most part.

Thank you so much and Until Next Time!!

Rimmel BB Cream Review

Hello!!  I hope everyone is doing fabulous!

So we all know about BB cream and if you don't you must be living under a rock. Everyone has a version of some sort of a BB cream. BB stands for Beauty Balm or Blemish Balm. They are an all in one cream that is suppose to treat and repair your face. They are really big in Asia and very different then our BB creams. Asian BB creams provide more benefits and improvements. Ours are more like a tinted moisturizer. With that being said I have tried a number of BB creams some ok some not so good. When I first heard Rimmel was coming out with a version I was very excited. I love Rimmel so I had huge expectations for this little bottle.

It comes in light, medium and medium/dark. It took forever to find the color I wanted all the places I went to where always out.
The bottle states that it is a 9 in 1 skin perfecting super make up.
The Claims:
1. Primes
2. Moisturises
3. Minimises pores
4. Conceals
5. Covers
6. Smoothes
7. Mattifies
8. Brightens
9. And helps protect all day
Using this does make my pores smaller and helps keep me matte which is enough for me. I am oily so I set it with a little powder and it holds up pretty well during the day. It goes on nice and smooth and the color is a spot on match. It also has an SPF of 25 which is awesome since I  live in West Texas and it tends to be very sunny and extremely hot. It is a little sheer and does not cover all you think that it might so I need to use some concealer. The way I really love to use this is as a primer under my makeup. Using it as a primer keeps my T zone in check and makes my face ready for foundation and keeps everything put. So is it an all in one miracle cream for me um no but I do adore it none the less and do recommend it to everyone!!

Thank you all again and Until next Time!!

Spring has sprung!

Hello beautiful people out in internet land!!!

In honor of such a marvelous spring day I thought that I would finally break out with the color!!!!

I bought this nail polish a few weeks ago and was waiting for the perfect time. I thought its now or never. The color is spring in a bottle. It is a highly pigmented salmon peach hue. It glides on pretty smooth and does  streak a tiny bit. It took about two coats to get it totally opaque. The drying time is really fast. The polish has such a dreamy creamy finish with a slight shine. I am so absolutely obsessed with it. I have a tan complexion so this looks beautiful with my skin. So happy with this. Sinful Colors are fantastic for the big whopping price of $2. I have quite a few and will continue to buy.

I hope everyone is having a blessed and beautiful day!!
Thank You and Until Next Time!

Lipstick Love!!!

Hello everyone!!! I hope all is well today!!

Welcome to another installment of Lipstick love!! This is a segment where I share with y'all what I think about some new lipsticks and lip products that I have recently snagged up. So lets go ahead and get this show on the road.

Ok lets start off with this Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in 013 Smoked Peach. I saw someone wearing this in another blog. I thought this would be a perfect color for spring. Its a matte formula but it is not whatsoever drying on the lips. It does feel a bit creamy for a matte lipstick but is a good thing because it goes on easily. The color is a perfect soft subtle peach. The only thing I'm not happy with is that  it settles in the lips a little. Not a good thing but I can make it work.

Holy moly this is my favorite from the bunch. Another Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick. 680 Temptress is a creme finish. The texture is very creamy and luxurious. The color is a soft baby pink which would be excellent for everyday wear. You could wear it sheer or build it up for a little more pop. It does have a light luster shimmer finish but I love it. The packaging is nice but all Revlon packaging is awesome. So this gets two thumbs up from me.

It seems like everyone and their brother is making a jumbo or chubby lip thingy. The elf Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick had my hopes up really high. I thought it would be this wonderful product that would surpass all the other jumbo chubby lip thingys. But alas it fell short. I chose the color in" In The Nude" it looked promising. I opened it up and smelled it, I know crazy, anyway it smelled really odd like fake candy. I don't know if that makes  any sense. The color was really really nude and very sheer. Then it starts to tingle a little. The only thing I like is the packaging. It does not need to be sharpened you just twist it up which is nice.

I used to use BONNE BELL products growing up but it had been a long time since I really used anything by them. I saw this and thought I would give it a go. What caught my eye was the packaging it looks nice and simple and clean, not a lot of writing on it which intrigued me. When I opened it, I smelled it and it smells AMAZING. I want to eat it!!! The color is a bit too frosty for me. It does feel a little heavy but not sticky and it is hard to take off. I think I will use this maybe over a lipstick or something.

Maybelline Limited Edition Color Sensational High Shine Lip Gloss. I came across this display and had to get one. The colors are so beautiful and vivid. It is truly shiny but not in a obnoxious way. The formula is not sticky. It feels comfortable on the lips. I bought mine in 250 Riveting Rose. The picture does not give it justice. It is so much more brighter in real life. The packaging is very elegant and modern. I absolutely adore that it is clear it just gives it that "je ne sais quoi". I want to go out and get every color!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much everyone and Until Next Time!!!

Wet N Wild Goodies!!

Hi guys! Welcome back!

I just want to start off with saying I love Wet N Wild!!! Their eyeshadow palettes are amazing!! Their blushes and bronzers are some of my favorite things ever!! Of course who does not like the price, right. But recently I have been hearing and reading a lot about some of the new products. So of course I had to try some of this stuff out for my self.

I have been wanting to try this Coverall Cream Foundation but I was not to sure how it would hold up with my oily combo skin. I went ahead and just bought it. I picked it out in 820 medium/tan. I think it may be a little to dark for me. I may pick it up in medium but not to sure. I love that it comes in a squeeze tube and comes with lots of product that's always a plus.
The bottle says:
All day wear
Medium to full coverage
Lightweight, satin- matte finish
Reduces the the appearance of wrinkles
Rejuvenates skin
All these claims sold it for me especially the matte finish business. When I first put it on it did feel kind of heavy and oily on my skin. The weird thing is it did not look oily when first I applied it. The coverage is nice and does not crease. I don't know if I like this because it does feel a little thick on the face. After a few hours of wear my face looks like an oil slick and my pores look huge. I am sad this did not stay matte.

I of course had to get the Coverall Pressed Powder. The packaging is nice and small and you could just throw it in your bag. It does not have a mirror which is kind of a downer because that means I wont throw it in my bag to powder my nose on the go. The applicator is kind of small and I'll never use it.
On the back it says:
All day wear
Radiant weightless finish
Reduces the appearance of wrinkles
Rejuvenates skin
It glides on smooth and does not look powdery or cakey when you first set your foundation. But it did not hold up and let the shine through. It did however set and hold up under my eyes without creasing. So I know what I will be using it for.

I saw another blogger singing praises about the MegaVolume mascara. So without a doubt I had to get. Boy am I glad I did.
The package says:
Gives 5x the volume
Volume building
Natural looking enhancing effect
Clump free
Well it gives volume but not to much length. It builds up quit nice and does not clump or flake. I put on quit a bit of coats and it stayed nice and separated. I like it a lot and will be using this more often. So glad I purchased.

This eyeliner is not really new but I thought I would give it a shot. This H2O Proof eyeliner will be my new go to liquid liner for sure. The color is very black which I love.
The package says:
Long lasting waterproof formula
Create ultra fine and dramatic bold lines
Felt tip brush for easy application
It sure is waterproof. I put it on my hand to swatch and it would not come off. I have sensitive watery eyes. This did not burn or sting my eyes at all and stayed put all day. It dries very fast which is good because it wont transfer to your upper lid. The felt tip applicator is firm and very precise. I know I will continue to buy this.

I am glad that I bought all this stuff. Wet N Wild will always be the most fantastic brand ever!!!
Thank You and Until Next Time!!!

DIY Natural Beauty Wednesday!!!

Hello everyone!!!

Today is going to be more of a Natural Beauty Wednesday not so much a DIY but it will still be awesome information none the less. I have used many a toner and an astringent in my life time but so many have always fallen short. I would never remember to use them and it was to much of a hassle for me. But like I have said before I have been watching what I have been putting in my body as well as what I have been using on it. I did some research and read a lot about Witch Hazel.

Witch Hazel is an Herb that grows on trees. It is a natural astringent and can be used for many different applications. It is also used in a number of beauty products. I came across this toner at the store and thought I would give it a go. I am oily with gigantic pores so this sounded perfect. When I first used  it I was amazed at how clean and fresh it left my face. The more I used it the better my face felt. Its amazing. I use it every single day twice a day. Because it works so well I do not forget to use it. I noticed that if I do forget to use it my face breaks out. I love this and its 100 % natural!! Whats not to love right!!
So I hope y'all go out and find you a bottle of this stuff because it is my best friend!!
Thank you and until next time !!!

To Blush, or not to Blush, that is the question!

Hi guys!! How are y'all today !!

So you guessed it right! Today is all about getting your blush on. Blush is a fantastic little product. It gives your cheeks a gorgeous rosy glow. It makes you look healthy and youthful and I think it may in my opinion even make you look more attractive. When you apply blush you want to put it on the apples of your cheeks bringing it all the way to the hairline and blend like crazy. You also want to remember the 2 finger rule. Which means you want to place 2 clean fingers on your face by the side of your nose and start to blush and leave the area where your fingers are free of blush. It maybe a little overwhelming if you start from your nose. (But you want to remember that it is your face and you can do and put whatever you want on it. There is no wrong there is no right. It all washes off at night. Do not let anyone tell you anything. Be yourself!! Do what makes you happy that's all that matters.) Anyway back to the subject you want to go a little light handed on the blush because it may make you look like a clown but remember do whatever makes YOU happy. Its only makeup people!! There is different kinds of blushes as well. Like cream, powder, mousse and more. Of course like I always say I am oily so I like powder blush. I like it matte with a little shimmer. I love blush so much I do go overboard but whatever. The more the merrier!
Theses are some of my favorites!!!

Rimmel London Lasting Finish 003 Pink Rose
I have this blush in several different colors but this is my favorite for sure. Its a bit shimmery but not to much I love it. So soft and angelic.

NYX PB08 Cinnamon
OMG!! Love this coral orange color. It is so nice you can have it sheer or build up the intensity. Looks great on my tan completion.

Benefit Bella Bamba
Shimmery all the way!! It is pink and packed with a golden shimmer. But not a bad shimmer.

ELF Tickled Pink
So Cute and gives a nice pink flush!

ELF Pink Passion
So pigmented you have to go easy with this one. It is so bright PINK. It reminds me of like a Barbie pink. But it is awesome!

Alright I hope y'all will be more adventures and try out some more of the brighter colors out there and always remember to have have fun its only makeup!!

Thank Y'all and Until Next Time!!

Holy Bronzer Batman!

Hello!!! I hope everyone is having a glorious day!!

So I got to thinking since I posted about highlighter already it was only natural that I discuss some bronzing + contouring and blush too. Today though its all about the bronzing and contouring and tomorrow we can blush it up. I will also show y'all some of my favorite bronzers. I love bronzer it gives your face a healthy glow and can change the appearance of your face in just a few swipes. To choose a bronzer you want something just a few shades darker then your skin color and in the same tone. To start off you want to bronze where the sun would naturally hit your face to give you that bronzed goddess look. Its good to remember to make a number "3". Start at the temple and go under the cheekbones then under the jawline to make a sort of number "3". I like to put a little on my forehead also. This will give your skin a nice warmth. Since my face is so rotund I do like to contour a little much to also slim my face up. To contour and define your cheeks you want to suck in you cheeks and make a fishy face and place the bronzer in the hallows of your cheeks. This will give you a slimmer looking face and make your cheeks pop. You may want to also contour the sides of your nose a bit. I like to since my nose is wide. I tend to over do it with the bronzer which is bad because it makes it look muddy. You also want to blend really well. My favorite is powder bronzer but there is cream and gel forms also. You can even use foundation or concealer that is also a few shades darker then you skin. Even a face powder. Whatever you want the sky is the limit remember its your face. I like to also gravitate towards matte finishes because I am oily and have large pores and glitter will tend to emphasize my large pores.

NYC Sunny!! This is my favorite so nice and matte and smooth!!

Physicians Formula!! Multi-Colored Bronzer. I love that all the colors mix together to make a beautiful warmth on the face.

Wet N Wild Goddess!! Has a little sparkle but not bad its very fine

Bourjois Bronzing powder!! My love!! This powder is so bendable and soft and smooth. And smells wonderful!

I hope everyone falls in love with bronzer as much as I have! A little goes a long way and always have fun!

Thank You and Until next time!!!

You highlight, I highlight, We all highlight!!

Hello and Good Day!!

Today I am going to talk about highlighting the face and how it can take you complexion to new levels. Highlighters reflect light and make your complexion glow and even look younger. They attract attention to where they are applied. You want to do a kind of a "C" formation from temple to cheeckbone. So highlight you checkbones for that radiant look. The temples to give a little lift. You also want to put a little on the cupids bow of the lip for that extra pout. Even dust a bit down the bridge of the nose to slim it down. I like to add a little on the brow bone to lift it up and also the inner corner of eye to make the eye appear brighter. There are tons and tons of highlighters out there and it can be a task to find one perfect for you. You want more of a radiant glow not glittery. Well if your older you don't want glitter but I guess if your young you can chunk glitter all your face and call it a night. I am very oily and have large pores so I have to be careful not to over highlight with a product with large chunks of glitter in it because it will emphasis my pores and its not a good look believe me I know. You also want to pick one that is the same tone as your skin. Like I am tan so I want one a little bronzed toned. You don't necessarily have to use a product that is used as a highlighter you can use an eyeshadow or a loose pigment, a light blush or maybe a lipstick anything you want its your face. These are just a few of my favorites.

                                          Dark Shadows Palette
BUTT "Naked" Eyes Palette
These two are from NYX palettes and I love that companies are putting in a highlighter in a palette not just blush. I love these two a little glittery but nice texture.

Wet n Wild 743A
This is my favorite not to glittery just perfect.

Too Faced Pink Leopard
Looks like a bronze but oh no its beautiful trust me.

Mary-Lou Manizer The Balm
Um well it is nice but to me too chunky. I don't know we have are days.

Benefit High beam
This stuff is so radiant. You can even mix with foundation to give you a dewy look. I don't know why I would want to look dewy I'm already an oil slick.

So I hope y'all go out and start highlighting your gorgeous faces and play around with all the different things you can use.
Thank you so much and Until Next Time !

DIY Natural Beauty Wednesday!!!!

Hello Everyone and Welcome to another DIY Natural Beauty Wednesday!!!!!

So happy to bring y'all this little tip today. I wear makeup almost everyday. I prefer a full coverage foundation which can be a little thick and heavy at times. I prime my face as well as blush it and contour it and powder it. What I'm getting at is I use a lot of products. Not just a multitude of different makeup products but many assorted cleansers, wipes, oils, masks and moisturizers. I am very oily so moisturizers can weigh my face down and clog my pores. I like to try and test new beauty products all the time and that can cause my face not to always be at its best. When I start to feel my face getting dull I use a little baking soda. Baking soda is an excellent gentle exfoliant that removes unwanted dead skin cells that make your face dull. I came across an article last year discussing what is in exfoliators and how they can actually harm your face depending on what they use to exfoliate. The product they where talking about was in my shower and I threw it away right then and there. It didn't bother me getting rid of it because it was a bit to abrasive for my face. Even though the product has lots of hype and many people use it and swear by it I was not a big fan. I went on a search to find something better for my face. I kept seeing articles and people going on about using baking soda as a cleanser. I always have a box because I use it to clean other things in my home. I tried it and was amazed at how squeaky clean my face felt. It was a little brighter and tighter and it glowed. I have been using it for about six mouths now and love it. I use it about once or twice a week. It is very inexpensive which is good if your buying makeup all the time like I am.

How to use:
2 tablespoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons water
Mix until it becomes a loose paste. Wash with it or leave on your face as a mask for a few minutes. Rinse and smile at how beautiful you look. I sometimes just add the baking soda to my face cleanser in the palm of my hand and wash with it like that which is also great. However you decide to use the baking soda I sure hope y'all enjoy.

Thank you and Until Next Time!

Sleek Makeup i-Divine V1

Hi Y'all !!!  I wanted to do something bright today since it is such a nice sunny day.

I bought Sleek's i-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights Palette a few weeks ago and was waiting for the perfect time to use it. I thought I would give it a go since it is so bright and cheerful. I have been lusting over this palette for quit some time. I finally said I must have it and ordered it from eBay.

The packaging is so nice and sleek. (lol) This palette would be great for travel or just throwing in your purse. The 12 colors are nice and matte and also pretty bold for the most part. The shadows are buttery smooth and blend like a dream.

I  used a nice primer and a stickier base on top of that. I used Bammi in the inner corner of the eye and Strike in the outer corner and blended it in the crease. I smudged Dragon Fly on the lower lashe line with a nice tinny brush. For the blue I used a NYX liner in Extreme Blue not my favorite liner but its bright. I really liked the look and I can not wait to play with the other colors.

Thank you and Until Next Time
